Full registration fee (for regular participants and students) includes access to all consulting sessions, coffee breaks, lunch at the Campus premises and social program (welcome reception and cocktail party), as well as congress materials (program of the Congress, Book of Abstracts, list of participants, marketing materials), transfer from hotels to the congress venue in the morning and back in the afternoon, VAT. Full registration fee allows the participants having two presentations, one oral and one poster.
The fee for accompanying persons includes access to coffee breaks, lunch at Campus premises and social program covered by regular registration fee, transfer from hotels to the congress venue in the morning and back in the afternoon and VAT. One registered person is expected to be accompanied by one person only.
The fee does not cover the gala dinner, mid-congress excursions nor post-congress trips.

MID CONGRESS EXCURSIONS, 16th September 2015
(the participants can choose between the island of Krk (Croatia), northern Velebit (Croatia) or classical Karst (Slovenia)) on Wednesday, 16th September 2015.(not covered by registration fee).

POST CONGRESS EXCURSIONS
One day (Mount Snežnik, Slovenia) or three days (Northern Dinarides, Trnovski gozd mountain and Julian Alps, Croatia and Slovenia) postcongress excursions starting on Saturday, 19thSeptember 2015. (not covered by registration fee)
4. Mt. SNEŽNIK, Slovenia, 19.09.2015. – 220,00 HRK
Price per person includes: transportation by coach, lunch box, local guide
5. POST CONGRESS TOUR, Croatia & Slovenia, 3 days / 2 nights, 19.-21.9.2015. – 1.490,00 HRK
Price per person includes:
transportation by coach, 2 overnights at 3* hotels in double room, lunch box, 2 half boards (breakfast and dinner), three lunch boxes,
Price does not include: entrance tickets, personal expenses and drinks, travel insurance (applicable for persons with permanent stay in Croatia, for more information please contact PBZ Card, travel agency)
More information about the excursion will be available in the Third Announcement. Registration for the excursion is obligatory while registering for the Congress.
