This agreement (including the greater security of the distributor`s application) contains the entire agreement between the parties and all existing agreements relating to the purpose of this agreement, and no guarantee, guarantee, promise or condition, whether oral or written, in relation to the purpose of this agreement, is not binding on each party. Flexiti calculates all MDRs, charges, dispute settlement fees, tablet subscription fees and fees for all funds that Flexiti then pays to the dealer. Any credit that may still be due after the account of such compensation and which is due to Flexiti after the balance sheet is immediately debited by the merchant and directly deducted from the merchant`s bank account under the supervision of the PAD agreement between Merchant and Flexiti. The merchant implements a PAD agreement so that payments made to Flexiti can be deducted directly from the merchant`s bank account to enable such payments. In the event that Flexiti is unable to debit directly from the merchant`s bank account a payment required by this section 8.5 and the merchant does not immediately issue the payment requested in this section 8.5, Flexiti has the right to appeal for such sums or to equalize any money owed to Flexiti. Such an action by Flexiti is not considered a waiver to the right of Flexiti against Merchant. Flexiti may, at its sole discretion, require a merchant to pay a deposit for payment of MrIs, charges, dispute settlement fees, tablet subscription fees, fees and other amounts to Flexiti. Merchants agree that Flexiti, with respect to credit card accounts, has all collection procedures deemed appropriate by Flexiti, including changing the credit or payment terms of the cardholder or collecting fees from credit card accounts, that Flexiti considers to be irrec constitutional and the liability and obligations of the merchant arising from this agreement or other agreement between parties who are not affected by an act of law or other act by a regulation, extension, leniency or other measures or any other action of Flexiti concerning a credit card account or a sale order or the execution or release of a cardholder`s obligations.
